PLOT

Wallace, the cheese-loving inventor, and Gromit, his dog, own a window cleaning company. Wallace is duped by Wendolene Ramsbottom, the owner of a wool store. Preston, her nefarious dog, rustles lambs to supply the store. Wallace puts a lost sheep in his Knit-o-Matic, which shears livestock and stitches the wool into sweaters, after the animal wanders inside the house. Sheep named Shaun by Wallace. Preston grabs the Knit-o-Matic plans in the meantime. Preston grabs Gromit when he goes to look into it, then accuses him of rustling the sheep. Wallace's house is overrun with sheep while Gromit is detained and locked up. Gromit is saved by Wallace and the sheep, who then take refuge in the fields. To gather the sheep, Wendolene and Preston arrive in the lorry. Preston, who wants to turn the sheep into dog food, locks Wendolene in the truck with the sheep when she orders him to halt the rustling.
