PLOT
In the Academy City espers are split up into six levels. Where a Level 0 esper holds no power and a Level 5 has the most power. There are several million espers living in the Academy City and only 7 of them are known as level 5. And the top of those Level 5s is known as Accelerator. He losts possession of most of his Powers after he protects the Last Order. After recovering he starts to live a calm life until one day he encounters Estelle Rosenthal who is carrying a photo of Last Order with her and he saves her life. However, this puts Accelerator in a situation where he has to start living a life of conflict once again. Where he is against a sinister organization, Disciplinary Action.
