PLOT
Sixth-grader Aya Tachibana worries and obsesses about a variety of things, including her friends, family, grades, and more. She eventually joins the "Tantei Team KZ" with four extremely eccentric lads she met while attending cram school. There is the snarky and charismatic leader Kazuomi Wakatake, the enigmatic "specialist of personal connections" Takakazu Kuroki, the brilliant and stoic math genius Kazunori Uesugi, and the kind-hearted Kazuhiko Kozuka who excels in science and social issues. Aya settles in as the group's "linguistic specialist." Even though they occasionally argue, "Tantei Team KZ" works together to solve problems in the modern era by combining their individual talents and skills.
