PLOT
Yuki Kurihara, a second-year high school student who has been crushing on Shinya "Momo" Momotsuki since first grade, has finally worked up the guts to ask him out after capturing one hundred covert images of him and watching him from a distance for months. The timid Momo accepts even though he is surprised; yet, he is unaware of the truly aberrant truth. Yuki has cultivated several unsettling—yet sincere—habits, as her prim friend Norika Mizuyama has noted: secretly photographing Momo, thoroughly investigating his private life, gathering his used straws, and even engaging in "Momo watching." Momo does detect certain oddities in his new girlfriend's everyday discussions, despite the fact that he is blissfully ignorant of her strange tendencies. Due to his inexperience and ongoing uncertainty about his first relationship, Momo frequently finds himself in difficult situations, but he nonetheless resolves to make his new fiancée happy. Momokuri follows Yuki and Momo as they hesitantly confront the challenges of their blossoming romance.
