PLOT
No one is unaware that magic is not real. However, when done by a true professional, magic has the power to astound and astonish its audience. Son of internationally renowned stage magician Touichi Kuroba, Kaito Kuroba is well aware of this fact. Kaito constantly interferes with the lives of others around him by pulling elaborate pranks and tricks. He is skilled in the arts of deceit and misdirection. But when Kaito unintentionally finds a secret tunnel in his house, he learns about a mystery that could have contributed to his father's demise eight years earlier: the dove-white clothing of Kid the Phantom Thief. Kaito puts on the disguise and looks for the Pandora Gem, which is rumored to offer immortality, in an effort to learn more about his father. He is not the only one seeking the jewel, though; the group behind his father's murder is also after him!
