PLOT
All the young girls who attend Fujisaki Girls Academy look up to student council president Natsuo Maki as the picture of grace and perfection. One day, Natsuo is practicing her kissing techniques on a pillow when Riko Kurahashi enters the student council chamber on a task. This behavior is neither graceful nor elegant. Riko quickly learns that Natsuo wants more romance in her life, which prompts her to simulate "romantic scenarios" in private. Riko decides to assist Natsuo with her love research out of sympathy for her. The "Love Lab" experiment simulates the fundamentals of romantic love, such as "accidentally" bumping into each other and holding hands. The fun at the Love Lab soon extends to the full student council as well! What will they discover about romance from their studies and interactions with people in real life? Love Lab weaves together humorous people and comical situations to create a tale of friendship and romance without ever letting the humor stop.
