PLOT
Japan's capital city of Tokyo is located beneath a huge, unexplored planet known as Underground. People with the power to control the elements, such as Fire, Water, Lightning, Magnetism, Freeze, etc., are known as Elemental Users there. Let's meet Rumina Asagi and Ginnosuke Isuzu, two typical high school freshman from Tokyo.
