PLOT
Long ago, a world of elves, dwarves, vampires, homunculi, and humans was governed by dragons. The dragons who are still around today have chosen to live together and are now almost completely extinct, giving them a human-like look. In most ways, the year 2-19 in Tokyo is a peaceful time, but a gang known as the Nine stir up trouble in their goal to acquire the dragons' abilities and transform the world. For the purpose of combating Nine, the police create the Special Crime Investigation Unit-Special 7. (Tokunana). These people are so gifted that there are tales of rebellion against them since they are more powerful than the typical person. Seiji Nanatsuki, a rookie, joins the group. He attempts to use his sharp mind and clear reasoning to solve situations concerning Nine while being mocked by other members with colorful personalities.
