PLOT
For people who are born with the ability to transform into weapons and the people who use those weapons, known as meisters, there is a special academy called the Death Weapon Meister Academy (DWMA). The NOT (Normally Overcome Target) program is for people who just desire to control their powers with the purpose to not become a threat to others or to themselves, while the EAT (Especially Advantaged Talent) students train themselves to become warriors of justice. Tsugumi Harudori, a halberd demon weapon that participates in the NOT class, befriends Meme Tatane and Anya Hepburn and struggles to decide between the two of them for her partner. The show follows Tsugumi and her companions as they navigate the DWMA and occasionally cross paths with the protagonists of the main series.
