PLOT
Tsukune Aono is a typical adolescent who cannot enroll in any of the nearby high schools due to his subpar academic performance. His parents enroll him in Yokai Academy as a last-ditch effort to fund his education, but he soon learns that it is a boarding school for monsters. However, any real humans discovered on campus are to be put to death. The school educates monsters how to get along with humans, including how to pass for them. Despite his worries for his life, Tsukune makes friends with Moka Akashiya, a stunning vampire girl who enjoys his companionship and particularly the taste of his blood. Tsukune accidently takes Moka's rosario off during a battle with a bully at school and learns that she has changed into a formidable vampire with a totally different demeanor.
