PLOT
The inhabitants of a four-island archipelago south of Japan are now able to fly freely thanks to the development of anti-gravitational shoes known as Grav-Shoes. This invention has given the populace new means of livelihood as well as a new sport called "Flying Circus," in which competitors get points by either contacting swaying buoys or the back of their rivals. When Asuka Kurashina, a recent transfer at Kunahama High School, manages to complete a challenging move during her first appearance in a Flying Circus match, she accidentally enters this realm of flight. She eventually joins the Flying Circus group at her school as a result of this. They are led by their coach, Masaya Hinata, and are made up of Mashiro Arisaka, a protective buddy of Misaki Tobisawa, and the seasoned Misaki Tobisawa. This young band is followed in Ao no Kanata no Four Rhythm as they soar above the clouds and toward their goals, armed only with their unyielding devotion in the face of an uncertain future.
