PLOT
"Nekopara" is an anime series based on a visual novel franchise by Neko Works. The story is set in a world where humanoid cats known as "Nekos" live alongside humans. The protagonist, Kashou Minazuki, is a young man who aspires to become a pastry chef. He decides to open his bakery, "La Soleil," after moving away from his strict family that has been in the Japanese confectionery business for generations. Unexpectedly, two of his family's Nekos, Chocola and Vanilla, follow him and become waitresses at La Soleil. The anime follows their everyday lives as they manage the bakery and interact with various other Nekos.
