PLOT
The Ishtarian royal family is obliged to be protected from crime and terrorism, and Cloud 7's top operatives Jack Hofner and Rowe Rickenbacker are tasked with doing both. Jack and Rowe were given the assignment by Commander Camille Freed to find Noelle Ardelade, an Ivory Island girl who was a contender for the position of "15-year princess," even though some of their missions entailed the security of royal relics and members of the royal family. As time goes on, the two agents get entangled in investigating crimes of murder, bombs, and corruption that have the potential to shake the Ishtar nation. Under Mister's direction, Jack and Rowe are sent to a covert mission to expose Duke Regent Rand and top DTI officials for their role in the murder of Prince Sparda, who discovered that there had been unlawful dealings in obtaining Ivorystone from Ivory Island. In order to detain the Duke and DTI Chairman Taylor for the death of the prince, the two agents stage Noelle's murder in front of a live audience that is broadcast on a global scale.
