PLOT
Angels from the planet Eden have been observing the behavior of people who live on Earth, whom they refer to as "Earthians," ever since the beginning of Earth's recorded history. Chihaya and Kagetsuya are two evaluators who have been dispatched from Eden to evaluate the positive and bad characteristics that are associated with the nature of Earthians. Chihaya routinely becomes involved in Earthian matters despite the directives from his home planet, much to Kagetsuya's chagrin. Chihaya, meanwhile, is trying to figure out where his peculiar black wings came from, and in the process, he is uncovering one mystery after another.
