PLOT
Doctor Black Jack has a murky, enigmatic past and is "unregistered." He deals with unusual medical issues, which can be weird, dangerous, or not known at all, with the help of his young helper Pinoko, who has a major crush on the doctor. He is a genius, though, and can save the lives of almost all of his patients (if they have the money, that is). He is well-known around the world, particularly among those in the medical and scientific fields. Being a man of science himself, he rarely believes anything until he has witnessed it. Despite this, he is frequently taken aback by how much love and nature can outweigh the science on which his life is based.
