PLOT
High school student Ikuhara Takeya lives a regular lifestyle. He is unconcerned with the uproar around a UFO that crashed on earth last year and was populated by attractive alien women. The DearS aliens have made the decision to settle permanently on Earth. Nobody is aware of the fact that these beings are a slave species whose only goal is to please and serve their masters. Takeya one day notices someone shivering behind some bushes. Ren is one of the DearS, and after Takeya saved her, she decided to serve him as her master. Takeya, who is unaware of DearS's master-slave situation, strives to educate Ren how to live a regular life on Earth even though he is constantly concerned that Ren is an evil alien who is trying to brainwash him. However, Ren differs from other DearS. In actuality, she is malfunctioning, and their boss is trying to find her. As Takeya learns more about DearS, a supposed DearS relationship between them dubbed "Gift" starts to take shape.
