In a world where both humans and beastmen exist, a tanuki beastman named Michiru Kagemori travels to the beastman-dedicated city, Anima City, with help from a shady mink beastman named Marie Itami who saved her from hunters. Upon arriving, Michiru finds the city in the midst of a festival celebrating its tenth anniversary, and her wallet is stolen.
