One by one, the employees of the detective agency are taken hostage. This convinces Fukuzawa that Fukuchi's goal is not to "destroy the state". Two friends who swore in their youth to always help each other take different paths because of the war and end up on opposite sides. Eventually, Fukuchi, who can no longer hide his true identity, tells the UN commissioner that if the seal of the One Order is not broken in five minutes, the vampires will launch a simultaneous attack on the entire world.
