PLOT
The greatest player from Japan is Fumiya Tomozaki in the online game Attack Families, also known as "Tackfam." Despite having such a prestigious title, he struggles in his daily high school life due to a lack of friendliness and social skills. He claims that the complicated mechanics and unjust laws of life are to blame for his lack of friends, leading him to give up and declare himself a bottom-tier character in this "game." After a chance encounter with a top-tier Tackfam player, Fumiya is shocked to learn the player is actually his popular, intelligent, and sociable classmate Aoi Hinami—completely the opposite of himself. Aoi tries to help Fumiya succeed at what she refers to as the greatest game of them all after being shocked by how bad he is at everything but Tackfam. Fumiya starts to go through the horrifying trials of relationships and social interactions in the grand game of life.
