PLOT
Your dearest wish can come true at the odd Yuuko's shop for the right payment. Kimihiro Watanuki works for Yuuko doing anything she needs him to do, from cleaning to running errands to even helping out Yuuko's other clients, as payment for her hiring him to get rid of his ability to see ghosts. In the story xxxHOLiC Shunmuki, Watanuki and his adversary and buddy Shizuka Doumeki eat with Kohane Tsuyuri and her grandmother while reflecting on how they have changed since first meeting. Later, Haruka, the grandfather of Doumeki, visits Watanuki in a dream and asks him to help him locate some items in the family shrine storeroom. He discovers, with the assistance of Doumeki, that this work is more comparable to a treasure hunt, with each object leading them to another, and another, ultimately leading to an unexpected but unavoidable conclusion.
