PLOT
The Demon Empire awakens after a 12-millennia-long nap to conquer Earth. Akira Hibiki, a young Japanese boy, is revealed to be the only survivor of the ancient Mu people who must assist Reideen in defending Earth by Reideen, the huge robot-like protector of the vanished continent of Mu, who detects the presence of evil and awakens inside its golden pyramid. His buddies, the token girl Mari Sakurano, who is the daughter of a scientist battling the Demon Empire, and numerous soccer players from his high school all helped him.
