Hirono Kenta is your typical junior high geek kid. Tokusatsu and anime have always been his childhood passions. In reality, he considers himself to be a "Hero of Justice" and is frequently spotted moving around in a homemade costume he calls "Wing Man." He is viewed as a crazy otaku by the majority of his classmates, but his childhood buddy Ogawa Miku views him as a kind and kind person. A gorgeous and voluptuous girl actually falls into Hirono's life while he is walking to school one day. Hirono brings the girl to his house to recover despite being perplexed by the incident (this is his duty as a "Hero of Justice"). In order to include his favorite "Wing Man" outfit designs into the "Dream Note," he also keeps it. Later, the girl confronts Hirono and identifies herself as Yume Aoi, Princess of the Dreamscape known as Botoreem. The power-crazed ruler Rimeru and his armies of hideous "Seed Men" have conquered her realm. She narrowly managed to flee her domain while carrying the "Dream Note," a powerful item. The "Dream Note" gives its owner the ability to create anything they want by just adding drawings or text on its pages. In order to take control of the universe, Rimeru wants to steal it. She demands that Hirono return the book, but Hirono had already started to make notes in it (mystically linking himself to it). Soon, Hirono learns that his sketches and ideas for Wing Man have come to pass and that he has now become his own invention. He and Aoi start their unusual and extraordinary trip by employing these talents and skills. Hirono accidentally includes all of his friends along the road, especially Miku, in his mission to aid Aoi in freeing her people and rescuing her father. To get the book, Rimeru dispatches a number of his henchmen to the dimension of Earth. The honorable but cunning Kitakura is one of his goons, going so far as to enter Hirono's junior high school under the guise of a teacher.
