PLOT

In order to modernize their archaic nation and forge a new world, the present administration recruits outsiders and offers them jobs in accordance with their qualifications. Ordinary young master Zuo Yunqi joins the government in disguise as a foreigner in order to save his father. Unluckily, a man employed particularly to determine who is an actual outsider and who isn't manages to figure out his disguise. The two of them get into a lot of funny situations throughout their intellectual duel and ultimately form an alliance. They learn that some of the outsiders have formed their own alliance to rebel against the authorities and establish a new society of peace and equality as they work together to foil a frightening conspiracy. Zuo Yunqi and his pals are coerced into participating in and taking part in this conflict.
