Three of the most potent Espers the world has ever seen, they are adorable and cuddly at the same time: Aoi is the calmest and most logical of the three, and she has the power to teleport herself and the other two at will. Kaoru is the brazen psychokinetic who can move objects with her mind. Shiho is the dark-natured psychometric who can read thoughts from people's minds and the pasts of inanimate objects like a book. So what are we gonna do with these future mental monsters? Enter B.A.B.E.L., the Base of Supporting ESP Laboratory, where it is hoped that "The Children" and those like them would contribute to the solution to the growing psychic evolution.
