PLOT
Three characters—Uesugi Kazuya, his twin older brother Tatsuya, and Asakura Minami—are at the heart of the narrative. Due to his talent, diligence, and role as the middle school baseball team's ace pitcher, Kazuya is beloved in his community. Despite the fact that Kazuya may be more talented than Tatsuya, the hopeless slacker has been living a life of letting Kazuya take center stage. The lovely girl from next door who has treated them both equally since they were children is Minami. The majority of people, including Tatsuya, assume that Kazuya and Minami will end up becoming the ideal couple. However, as time goes on, Tatsuya comes to understand that he would be willing to make any sacrifice for his brother, save for the cost of giving up Minami to Kazuya. Thus, the story is recounted about Tatsuya trying to outdo his more experienced younger brother, how it impacts their relationship, and how both brothers work to fulfill Minami's lifelong ambitions.
