PLOT
A true hero never backs down, never runs away, never concedes defeat, and never accepts evil! Masayoshi Hazama, who firmly holds to these assertions, has been enamored by superhero television since he was a young boy. He works as a well-known model during the day and transforms into the valiant warrior Samurai Flamenco at night. He fights anyone who tries to disobey the law, including disobedient children and those who litter the streets, with nothing more than his superhero outfit in his quest to deliver justice to the city. After the world becomes aware of Masayoshi's brave actions, police officer Hidenori Gotou makes the tragic discovery of his identity. Gotou eventually joins Masayoshi in his shenanigans despite first instructing him to leave the crime-fighting to the police. But things quickly go beyond stopping garbage and minor robberies to weird adventures that even involve the fate of the entire globe. Masayoshi and Gotou fight the world and their own selves with their newfound allies in an effort to discover what it truly means to be a hero, power or no power.
