PLOT
In addition to having no friends and being socially awkward, Hazuki Kagimura also finds it difficult to get along with her adopted family. Between the lines of a story, where her powerful imagination enables her to carry out her fantasies of companionship and adventure, is her only escape from this traumatic reality. But one day, her book bag contains an antiquated and enigmatic text. Hazuki notices a familiar girl who appears to be invisible to everyone but her as she makes her way back to the library to return the item. When Hazuki decides to follow her, she is taken to a secret library where she finds a world she had previously assumed only existed in her dreams. The tale of Hazuki's encounter with her first companion, Shizuka Tsuchimikado, is told in Märchen Mädchen. Hazuki learns that the original print of Cinderella has selected her to become an Origin Master, a powerful mage. As a student at Kuzunoha Girl's Magic Academy, Hazuki learns how to face her worries and have faith in her capacity to write a compelling narrative.
