PLOT
In the classic Japanese stand-up comedy style known as manzai, two comics perform skits as a straight man and funny man, leading the audience through a sequence of jokes. Despite spending a lot of time on stage, two ambitious ladies named Mafuyu Kogarashi and Fubuki Kitakaze struggle to find actual success as manzai artists. For the beginning acts of each other's routines, they frequently team up with manzai newbies and their close friends Rin Araya and Nayuta Asougi. The four girls push themselves to improve their trade and gain more experience in order to eventually achieve their desired fame by changing locations, switching roles, entering competitions, and pushing themselves to the limit. But for those thriving young artists to get signed as amateurs and begin their dream in earnest, they must first develop into passable performers.
