PLOT
Momona, a junior in high school from Jewel Land, is an ordinary student. She envies Lady Diana, the bride, who is getting married to her cousin, on whom she had a small crush, at her cousin's wedding. Momona, however, becomes to appreciate Lady Diana and accepts her as her cousin's wife once she sees them together. Momona is brought to a wintry location in Jewel Land where the monarch, Lady Jewel, is addressing the Petit Ladies, girls who are chosen as Jewel Candidates to be the next Lady Jewel, just as Lady Diana is about to formally meet her and present herself. Momona meets Ruby, a white rabbit who will serve as her partner and tutor as she works toward becoming Lady Jewel. The next Lady Jewel is determined by who completes the most duties, but Lillian, a girl who also wants to win the title of Lady Jewel so she can select her brother Cayenne to serve as her King with her, stands in her way. Soon after, Momona starts to have feelings for Cayenne as well, but Lillian doesn't want her to get too close to him. It appears that Cayenne has affections for Momona as well, but who will be chosen as Lady Jewel to make the final decision? Will Cayenne and Momona ever be together, and will Momona and Lillian ever truly become friends?
