PLOT
All Jewelpets, or animals with Jewel Eyes, reside in Jewel Land, a mysterious and yet enchanting location. One day, Ruby is busy getting ready for the Jewel Festival that will take place in her town this year. However, as preparations were being made, a newcomer to the area made the decision to move in with Ruby. Ruby introduces herself as Lolip and is unclear if, given her lack of magic abilities, she is a Jewelpet, but she chooses to become friends with her while she is there. While the forthcoming festival's activities were going nicely, Lolip was having trouble aiding everyone there because he lacked any magic abilities. Is this sufficient for her to understand who she truly is and to find her own place, though?
