The Western Dining Room The unnamed Tokyo commercial district's mundane corner restaurant Nekoya serves a variety of Japanese adaptations of Western cuisine. It is open throughout regular business hours but closed on holidays and on weekends. The working class of the city makes up the majority of its customary audience. However, it also secretly operates on Saturdays, when it opens doors to a different dimension where elves, dragons, beastmen, and other fantastical creatures live. On this day, they enter the restaurant and consume its exotic food, becoming regular customers for many of them. Nekoya does, however, give more than just food; it also serves as a hub for friendships, creative inspiration, and helping those in need.
