PLOT
Kiri Haimura appears to be a typical young man, but he has one small flaw: he has an obsession with cutting other people's hair. He encounters Iwai Mushanokji, the "Hair Queen," one day. She is unable to trim her hair due to an inherited curse. Kiri discovers that the only thing that can cut them is his pair of scissors, "The Severing Crime Edge." The scissors were a murder weapon that belonged to Norma Grayland, the most notorious serial killer in history, who was his ancestor. But little did Kiri realize that his encounter with Iwai had set off a long-running murderous game in which the "Hair Queen" was to be killed using cursed murdering implements known as "Killing Goods." It is said that whomever kills the Hair Queen will have their wish fulfilled. Can Kiri defend Iwai from the "Authors," or Killing Goods Owners, who work for the illegal Gossip organization? The match has begun!
