PLOT
The Magic of Chocolate is a television show that centers on Chocolat Aikawa, who runs the deep-forest chocolate shop Chocolat Noir. She sells chocolates that, when eaten, grant desires. Chocolat will demand something valuable from the buyer in exchange for the price of the chocolates. While many of her clients want to utilize the chocolates to address problems or grievances, some want to use their power for evil; in such cases, Chocolat curses the offender to "plunge into the depths of darkness," which results in frequently absurd and humorous consequences.
