PLOT
Along with her pals, including her recently-returned boyfriend Syaoran Li, Sakura Kinomoto is beginning junior high school. All of the Sakura Cards become blank and entirely impotent after Sakura has a premonitory dream about a shadowy figure in a cloak, setting off her investigation into what's wrong. Using the new and even more powerful mystical dream key, Sakura and her companions, together with her guardians and protectors Cerberus and Yue, locate and seize the transparent cards. Supporting roles are played by Eriol, Spinel Sun, Ruby Moon, and Kaho Mizuki, who has now moved back to England but is still helping Sakura and her guardians from a distance. Sakura eventually befriends Akiho Shinomoto, a transfer student, and meets Yuna D. Kaito, her butler and guardian, from whom Syaoran detects extraordinary levels of magical power.
