PLOT
The four-episode OVA series SD Gundam Gaiden was created by Bandai in 1990. This television series, which was created by Tetsuro Amino (Macross 7, SD Gundam's Counterattack), takes place in the medieval fantasy setting of Suda Doaka. The series once more includes well-known Gundam characters like Amuro Ray and Char Aznable in addition to fantasy-styled iterations of well-known mobile suits. In this series, the brave Knight Gundam and his allies are tasked with defending Suda Doaka against Satan Gundam and Sieg Zeon. The Kingdom of Lacroa, which is shown in numerous SD products, including the 2003 TV series SD Gundam Force, serves as the setting for a large portion of the series. SD Gundam Gaiden isn't available in the United States, as is the case with all of the older SD releases.
