PLOT
"Bakuen Campus Guardress" also known as "Combustible Campus Guardress" is an anime OVA series from 1994 that combines action, comedy, and fantasy elements. The story was created by the same team responsible for the "Sorcerer Hunters" manga. The plot centers around a world where the human realm and the phantom realm, known as the Dark World, are separated by a dimensional barrier. A gate exists between these two realms, and it's located in an academy called the Koryo Academy. The job of protecting this gate falls upon the students of the academy, known as the Guardress. The protagonist is Hazumi Jinno, a seemingly ordinary high school girl, who turns out to be the most powerful Guardress of them all. She's reluctant to fight and would rather lead a normal life, but when the Dark World starts causing trouble, Hazumi and her friends are forced to take up arms to protect their world.
