PLOT
Mirai Onozawa, a middle school girl, is unhappy with her family's current situation and, in a fit of rage, wants to rip everything apart. Unfortunately, just a few seconds later, an earthquake with a magnitude of 8.0 seems to confirm these devastating sentiments. When Yuuki's summer break starts, Mirai unwillingly drives him to Odaiba, where there is a robot exhibition that he has been wanting to see. However, while they are in the exhibition center, a powerful earthquake rocks the Kanto region. Helpless, both children watch as this natural disaster has terrible effects, bringing the city to its knees. After that, they come upon Mari Kusakabe, a single mother riding a motorcycle who decides to assist the small children. The group embarks on a drawn-out trip through the devastated city in an effort to get home and be with their families.
