PLOT
Yuki's earliest memory is of a winter stormy night when she was attacked by a rogue vampire and saved by a Pureblood vampire named Kaname Kuran. Ten years later, Yuki is the adopted daughter of Cross Academy's headmaster, Kaien Cross, and has taken on the role of a vampire race protector, keeping her childhood sweetheart, Kaname, hidden while he heads a group of vampires at the exclusive boarding school. Zero Kiryu, a childhood buddy who is adamant about never trusting the creatures because they destroyed all he held dear, is by her side. It appears that the vampires have truly rejected their deadly methods, but is there a darker truth lurking beneath their actions? Nothing is as it seems in this mysterious realm. The cost of broken trust may even be greater than demise. Is the truth going to pain Yuki more than not knowing, if she were to actually learn what happened in her past?
