PLOT
Mitsuyoshi Tada has never really worried about love, and when the aspiring photographer starts his second year of high school, he couldn't be more unconcerned about it. However, after he encounters Teresa Wagner, a cheerful and outgoing immigrant, while photographing a cherry blossom tree, things could just start to turn around. However, after she asks him to take a picture of her, they soon part ways—only to cross paths twice more that day! Tada runs into Teresa just as she is caught in a sudden storm and offers her a place to dry off at his family's coffee business. There, she tells how she lost contact with her feisty redhead travel partner, Alexandra "Alec" Magritte. Next their reunion, Alec and Teresa make their goodbyes, anticipating to never see each other again. However, the following day, Teresa and Alec suddenly enroll in his class as transfer students. After getting settled into life at Koinohoshi High School, Teresa and Alec join Tada, his narcissistic friend Kaoru Ijuuin, the idol-obsessed Hajime Sugimoto, the serious class representative Hinako Hasegawa, and the canine-like Kentarou Yamashita in the photography club. Tada's second year of high school is about to get even livelier with these two odd additions to his similarly odd group of pals, and he might need to start rethinking his approach to love.
