PLOT
The planet Gotham, located roughly 30 light years from Earth, was on the verge of oblivion in the year 2052 when a roaming black hole was poised to swallow up its sun and the entire planetary system. When all efforts to avert catastrophe failed, a scientist by the name of Leader Zytel (General Zee in the English dub) informed everyone in Gotham that he had been able to build a space ship/satellite that could house 200 million Gotham residents (Gothamites) and prevent the extinction of their species. Terror Star is a spacecraft/satellite that can travel great distances in order to look for a new home planet. To be able to complete this enormous responsibility of saving their race, Zytel pleaded for unrestricted authority. Zytel is now the most senior member of the Gothamites survivors in Terror Star. Terror Star finally came into contact with the planet Earth after thirty years of aimless space travel. The planet was swiftly scouted by Leader Zytel to assess whether it would be a good location for the Gothamites to settle down. They dispatched phony meteorites equipped with transmitters to explore the planet. The high generals of Gotham observed right away that there is a civilisation on Earth and that, despite the planet's unsuitability for the Gothamites to live on, it can be made habitable by substantial terraforming.
