PLOT
Kyosuke Date, who was fatally wounded by his mother, comes back from the grave to discover that he has a twin sister named Runa and the capacity to mutate into the incredibly strong, potent, and dangerous superhuman mutant known as the SoulTaker. Both the villainous Kirihara corporation, lead by Yui Kirihara, who is also looking for Runa for their own malicious objectives, and the weird mutant medical staff at the hospital, commanded by his own father, Richard Vincent, are after him as he searches for his twin sister. The enigmatic Shiro Mibu and the mutant nurse Komugi Nakahara, who betrayed the Hospital out of a great romantic love for Kyosuke, are helping him along the way.
