PLOT
Tenmo, a made-up town in the Kanagawa Prefecture, serves as the scene of the action. In the year 2070, a strange enormous entity that is practically a monster in itself stops an alien invasion of Tokyo. Subaru Muryou and his grandfather observe this combat, commenting on it and doing so without seeming astonished or alarmed, despite the fact that everyone else around them appears to be in a panic. A student council member named Kyouichi Moriguchi and Muryou later engage in telekinetic combat, as seen by middle schooler Murata Hajime. As a result of a chain of events, Hajime makes the startling realization that practically everyone at his school is aware of the giant who stopped the alien invasion over Tokyo. To add to his surprise, it appears that everyone in the older section of Tenmo, the town he moved to a few years ago, has been keeping this unusual secret for a very long time. In fact, it is a deeper secret.
