PLOT
In the dystopian year 2030, the Japanese government is repressive of any perceived immoral behavior, such as using lewd language or disseminating lewd materials, to the extent that all citizens are required to wear sophisticated devices called Peace Makers (PM) constantly, which constantly monitor all spoken words and hand motions for any behavior that might violate the law. Tanukichi Okuma, a brand-new high schooler, enrolls at the nation's top exclusive "public morality school" in order to reconcile with Anna Nishikinomiya, the president of the student council and the object of his crush. Tanukichi, however, quickly becomes involved with the depraved terrorist "Blue Snow" (also known as "Tundra's Blue" in some translations) after she kidnaps him and forces him to work with her group, "SOX," in producing and disseminating pornographic material around the city as a form of defiance against the laws.
