PLOT
"Maria†Holic Alive" is the second season of the "Maria Holic" anime series. The story continues to follow Kanako Miyamae, a high school girl attending Ame no Kisaki Catholic girls' school, as she navigates the challenges of her school life while dealing with her attraction to girls and her fear of men. One of her main sources of stress remains Mariya Shidou, a seemingly perfect student who is actually a sadistic boy cross-dressing as a girl. Mariya continues to use his knowledge of Kanako's secret to torment her, leading to various comedic and absurd situations. This season of "Maria Holic" further explores the lives of Kanako, Mariya, and the other colorful characters of Ame no Kisaki. The story maintains its focus on comedy, parodying common yuri and school life tropes, and delves even further into the odd and chaotic world its characters inhabit.
