PLOT
Koshiro Saeki, who is 27 years old and lives with his father Zenzo, is rejected by his girlfriend of two years, Shoko, who says she found someone else because he was too cold. The next morning, he finds high school student Nanoka Kohinata crying while staring at a button on a train. Later, she unintentionally drops her train pass as she is exiting the train, and Koshiro follows to give it back to her. As she discovers the cherry blossoms are in bloom, Koshiro finds himself observing her sudden smile. Later, while Koshiro and a colleague are leaving their jobs at a marriage agency, he runs into the same girl once more. He offers her two complimentary tickets to a neighboring theme park. She unexpectedly invites him to go with her. The girl says, "I was crying on the train because I'd been rejected by a boy I'd been in love with for years," as she rides the Ferris wheel. Koshiro eventually confides in her about his own breakup and sobs as she consoles him.
