PLOT
The white lion Panja (Caesar in the English dub), who lives in Africa in the middle of the 20th century, provides a shelter for the jungle's wild animals. But by robbing local villagers' animals and food to feed the forest carnivores, he infuriates them (in the English dub he merely frees the cattle). To put an end to these raids, Ham Egg, a skilled hunter (referred to as Viper Snakely in the English dub), is hired. He stays away from Panja's face. Instead, he captures Panja's sounds and uses them to lure Eliza, his pregnant partner, into a trap where she serves as bait for Panja. Eliza is put on a ship bound for a zoo, and Panja is slaughtered for his hide (albeit not before requesting that Eliza name their kid Kimba).
