"Inu X Boku Secret Service" (also known as "Inu x Boku SS") is an anime series based on the manga of the same name. The series blends elements of romance, comedy, and supernatural themes. The story takes place at the Ayakashi Kan, a high-security apartment complex where each resident is paired with a secret service agent. The residents and their agents are not ordinary humans - they are part human and part youkai (mythical creatures from Japanese folklore), each with their own unique abilities. The main protagonist, Ririchiyo Shirakiin, is a socially awkward girl who moves into Ayakashi Kan wanting to live alone and work on her interpersonal skills. However, she finds out that she has been assigned a secret service agent, Soushi Miketsukami, who vows to protect her and cater to her every need.
