PLOT
"Goblin Slayer" is a dark fantasy anime series based on the light novel series written by Kumo Kagyu and illustrated by Noboru Kannatsuki. The story focuses on a character known only as Goblin Slayer, a seasoned adventurer whose sole purpose is to exterminate goblins. The world of "Goblin Slayer" is filled with a variety of monsters that adventurers battle for fame and fortune. However, Goblin Slayer dedicates himself to hunting goblins, creatures considered low-level threats but are known for their brutality towards humans, especially women. In his quest, Goblin Slayer meets a young priestess traumatized by a goblin attack, and they form a team with other adventurers, including a high elf, a dwarf, and a lizardman. Although Goblin Slayer's obsession with goblin-killing is seen as strange and obsessive by others, his companions come to understand and respect his relentless crusade against goblins.
