PLOT
the Lisvalletta city-state. The inhabitants of this metropolis live peaceful lives as two suns rise above them, yet crime and drug use are common in the city's shadows. Anthem, a deadly and extremely lethal drug that casts a shadow over the city, is one of them. Specialized in taking action against Anthem, the SEVEN-O Special Crime Investigation Unit. To solve the challenge, this unit uses two man "buddy" teams, or the "Double Decker System." Kirill Vrubel, whose skills are enigmatic and unknown, is working with veteran detective Doug Billingham.
