PLOT
"Dominion Tank Police" is an anime series based on the manga of the same name by Masamune Shirow, known for creating other popular series such as "Ghost in the Shell." The series is set in a dystopian future where air pollution has become so severe that people must wear gas masks outside. Amidst this environmental crisis, crime has spiraled out of control, leading to the creation of the Tank Police to combat the escalating criminal activity. The story focuses on Leona Ozaki, a new recruit to the Tank Police, who quickly stands out for her tenacity and the close bond she forms with her tank, Bonaparte. The series follows the aggressive and often excessive tactics of the Tank Police as they battle crime, and specifically, their confrontations with the Buaku Gang.
